These methods of cultivation which are five basic techniqued which microbiologist frequently used in Vitro.

We are going to see them in Xploring manner and how a Microbiologist do performs these techniques in its proper manner or scientifically performed by the Microbiologists.
Five Basic Techniques used in Cultivation of Microbes.
1) Inoculation :
Inoculation is the important tecnique when a microbiologist perform by introducing M.O. by using bacterial suspension of M.O.
e.g. Bacteria into a culture medium.
Where ,

A sterile inoculating loop or pipette is used to take very specific and very small amount of bacterial culture and which introduced or transfer to the Solid Agar Medium or Mixed with liquid Medium Called Broth.
